Making "iPod"

You can't watch TV or drive around any major city without seeing the Apple iPod ad campaign. Featuring a stark black silhouette of someone grooving to an iPod beat, the ads have become iconic. Here's an example of one:

A few months ago I decided it would be cool to turn Benjamin and Jeremy into a mock iPod ad. For the first time in a while, actually, the entire idea of the New Year's card just sprung into my head and I knew exactly what I wanted to produce.

Alas, while the final result looks very simple, this was by far the hardest card to execute.
