Making "Absolut Love"

I've had the idea for this card for a while now. I've always enjoyed the Absolut Vodka ads. I've thought it an effective ad campaign and one that could be parodied effectively. My plan was to take a picture of Benjamin and Jeremy with their arms around each other and alter the space between them into the distinctive outline of the Absolut bottle.

Here's an example of what I mean.

The image on the left was a test picture of the boys to see if the concept was sound. The image on the right is a test I whipped together to see how the elements would work. You can see that, while it's pretty easy to alter their clothing to form the outline of the top of the bottle, the bottom was going to be tricky. I considered a number of options, including putting objects on the floor to frame the bottom of the bottle, but nothing seemed like it was going to work.
